On the occasion of the preparations for the episcopal ordination of Bishop Sebastián Chico, auxiliary Bishop-elect of the Diocese of Cartagena, the Cathedral of Murcia will be closed on 9 and 10 May, Thursday and Friday.

In order to attend the faithful who each morning participate in the first hour celebrations in the Cathedral, the Masses of 7:15 and 8:30 am will be transferred to the Chapel of St. James the Episcopal Palace (that of Perpetual Adoration).

So on Thursday and Friday the Eucharist will be celebrated in the chapel of Santiago at 7:15, 8:30 and 11:00 am.
