"A region of which we are proud, a land of welcome of all those who respect our culture, our traditions and our laws," said the president, who remarked as "inalienable" equality of opportunities and salary between men and women, "without any discrimination".

In addition, Lopez Miras highlighted his "firm commitment" in the fight against gender violence, and assured that "we will always be confronted by those responsible for that social scourge."

Less taxes and better infrastructure

In relation to the most immediate objectives and challenges of 2019, he mentioned the reduction of income tax from January 1, "which will make us the community with the lowest taxes" and highlighted the elimination in 2018 of the tax on inheritance and donations, "which prevented many children receive the inheritance of their parents. "

This, he said, "was a commitment we had with society and we have complied."

In terms of infrastructure, he underlined the inauguration, in just two weeks, of the Murcia Region International Airport, "which will make it possible for more tourists to arrive, for our companies to have better resources and for more jobs to be created".

"To grow we need to have the necessary infrastructures and work with the same tools that others do," said the president, who lamented that in 2018 "we have not had access to the high-speed railway that, until last June We had resolved. "

In this regard, said that "governments are to solve problems, but unfortunately others do not think the same and prefer to create them."

In this regard, he assured that "we will not surrender and we will continue defending the interests of the Region, it is our obligation and our commitment".

For that reason, he demanded that "there should be no more obstacles" and "that we be allowed to face the future with the support we deserve from the Government of Spain".

"With equality, with fair treatment," he added.

40th anniversary of the Tajo-Segura

During his institutional message, the president stressed that another "unrenounceable" infrastructure for the Region is the Tajo-Segura transfer, which in 2019 turns 40 years.

He said that "its opening at the beginning of constitutional and democratic Spain was the true birth of the Region of Murcia, three years before our Statute was even approved."

He stressed that the Tajo-Segura "makes it possible for us to be a living, powerful and with an extraordinary present" and added that "sharing water makes possible more than a hundred thousand jobs in a deficit basin such as the Segura", since "Our agriculture is essential for employment, as well as an important barrier to dealing with climate change."

"We have witnessed with perplexity how the irresponsibility of some can jeopardize the transfer, instrument of structuring, progress and development", lamented López Miras, who reaffirmed his commitment to "continue defending the interests of the Region and that the resources of all Spaniards are managed with a vision of the State. "

"As in the defense of the Constitution, they will have us in front," said the president, who also alluded to the celebration in 2018 of the 40th anniversary of the Magna Carta, "guarantee of equality," he said.

In this regard, and in relation to the situation in Catalonia, said that "we will not allow us to steal our rights and break Spain" and added that "seek the break and try to attribute from a minority the ability to decide that we are responsible for everyone demands a firm position and a strong response ".

To conclude his message of the end of the year, the president of the Region of Murcia highlighted his "absolute commitment to the elderly."

He also encouraged everyone to work "from the dialogue" because "we are building the future of our children and our youth".

López Miras had words of remembrance for all those citizens of the Region "who live far from our land" and moved his desire that "the development we are promoting allows them to return as soon as possible, to a land that does not he has forgotten. "

Promotion updates the rates for 2019 of state-owned toll roads

Monday, December 31st, 2018

Effective tomorrow, January 1

The motorways managed by Seittsa are excepted from this update, for which the Agreement of the Council of Ministers that approved their rates was published yesterday.

The Ministry of Development, at the proposal of the Government Delegation in the Toll Societies, has resolved the updating of the rates of the toll roads dependent on the General Administration of the State, with effects of tomorrow, January 1, and of agreement, fundamentally , to the growth of the consumer price index, as contemplated in article 77 of Law 14/2000, of December 20, on Fiscal, Administrative and Social Order Measures.

The toll roads managed bySeittsa are excepted from this update, for which the Agreement of the Council of Ministers that approved their rates was published yesterday.

Thus, starting tomorrow and as established by a Ministerial Order, the current rates of state-dependent motorways will be subject to an increase of around 1.67%, although due to the evolution of traffic in to those planned, the variation will vary between 1.71% of the AP-66Campomanes-León toll road and 1.65% on the AP-7 toll road on the Estepona-Guadiaro stretch.

Exceptionally, three motorways will undergo a greater variation than previously described, given that this must be added to previously planned step increases to finance costs related to excess valuation of expropriations, execution of works or financing of toll bonuses.

Specific:

· In AP-7 Alicante-Cartagena, the previous and planned increase by application of Royal Decree 1609/2010, of November 26 supposes that tariffs will finally vary by 2.69%.

· On the AP-9 toll road, the anticipated value increased by application of Royal Decrees 1733/2011, of November 18 and 104/2013, of February 8, becomes that the rates will increase by 3.51%.

· And, finally, on the AP-46 highway, Málaga-Alto de la Pedrizas, in accordance with the increase described above and with the provisions of Order FOM / 3406/2010, of December 2 and the Order of the Ministry of Promotion of January 30, 2018, their rates will vary by 2.69%.

"In the preparation of Royal Decree 1449/2018, of December 14, the situation of other career officials"

Monday, December 31st, 2018

"has not been taken into account, to which the reduction coefficient shall not apply for the years of service rendered. "

This situation is discriminatory for those agents of the Local Police, coming from other groups that will not be taken into account the services provided, for the Mobility Agents and especially for the Auxiliary of Local Police or analogous, that in the majority of the cases carried out or have been carried out before joining the Local Police Corps, the same functions.

According to the provisions of Title V, Article 51, of the Organic Law 2/1986, of March 13, of Security Forces and Bodies:

"In municipalities where there is no municipal police, the duties of this will be exercised by the personnel who perform functions of custody and monitoring of goods, services and facilities, with the name of guards, guards, agents, bailiffs or similar."

The Royal Decree itself says in its preamble that the recognition of a retirement age reduction coefficient is applicable to the group referred to in this Royal Decree since, when the pertinent studies have been carried out, it can be inferred that the psychophysical requirements that are required for entry into that security body, as well as the development of the activity inherent to that body, can not be done or become more burdensome after a certain age, thus fulfilling the requirements of Royal Decree 1698/2011, of 18 November, to reduce the age of access to retirement.

These same requirements were demanded at the time by the rest of the career civil servants, now excluded from accessing their jobs, who will not be able to benefit from the recognition of the age reduction coefficient for the advancement of their retirement age.

The entry into force of this Royal Decree, in theory will mean the rejuvenation of the staff of the local police in an orderly manner, provided that the respective municipal administrations, are bidding vacancies that occur by the advance of retirement in their templates.

This situation also, at the same time, if we do not act quickly enough, can reduce the already low numbers of Local Police personnel, taking into account the slowness of the agents' selection and training processes, as well as controls already in place. the no less valuable current economic situation in which the municipal administrations are located, which in most cases, drag important financial deficits.

That is why Contigo Somos Democracia wants to make an appeal, both to the current regional government and to the unions that sold this measure as a panacea and tell them to look beyond their noses, since with this measure the staff of about 600 police officers Local, existing in the Region will be reduced by 230 in such a way that, it would negatively affect the city and therefore all citizens.

Legal recommendations for blocking a user in social networks

Monday, December 31st, 2018

Instagram has closed my account, what do I do?

The Instagram account of one of the most famous influencers in Spain, Natalia Lozano, was canceled a few days ago by this social network to the despair of the young woman.

Lost access to your account and its more than 150,000 followers for weeks and the possibility of continuing to work for the brands that hired her to promote their products in this social network.

The reason, a group of 'haters' agreed to denounce his account at the same time to those responsible for Instagram.

The case of @natcurvylicious is not the only one.

"Recover your account is a complicated task and for which it is required to arm yourself with great patience, but you do not have to resign yourself, you can always do something," they say from Easyoffer, the online platform for lawyers.

The first step is to exhaust the diplomatic channel.

The affected person should send an email to the corporate mail of the social network -Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Youtube- in which he should explain the reasons why his account should not be closed.

You have to prove legal representation if the user is the one who writes the email or present a power of attorney if it is spoken on behalf of a third party, "they recall from Easyoffer.

The usual procedure is that in your answer the objective explanation of why you have decided to close that account appears.

"For example, on Instagram they do not let you show the nipple, if you do it they may block you or close your account, they do not usually close it from the first moment, but they are reserved for when the user is a repeat offender. committed and they warn you so that it does not happen again, "says the lawyer and collaborator of Easyoffer Víctor López.

Remember that when a user registers in a social network accepts their legal conditions: "There is no legal procedure that allows you to reopen it, they are free to close it without prior notice and without any reason, in the legal conditions previously accepted it is clearly read that at any moment they can close the account if they consider it opportune, although they do not usually do it ", says this specialist in New Technologies and Social Networks.

What if someone creates a parallel account with your identity?

What is usual is to meet the dreaded impostors.

You can use your email address, the image of a company or directly a photo of another person.

"A person who uses a photograph of another on the Internet without their permission is attacking the right to privacy, honor and image, and could also incur a crime of identity theft," says this Easyoffer collaborator.

What is recommended is to use a double way, the first with the social network and the second, start the legal way.

"If the plagiarized person is well known, what should always be requested is to verify the account, On the other hand, if plagiarism is a serious identity theft, a burofax should be sent to the plagiarist to inform them that they are leaving. to take legal action. "

In case of plagiarism you have to go to the criminal court, but you can also do it for the civil, in case you are looking for an economic claim.

What if my account has been hacked?

Another possibility is that a hacker gets your passwords and the account intervenes.

In such a case, the speed with which you act can prevent you from having more headaches.

In this case, two options are also presented.

The private way is to inform the social network about the theft of your credentials and the hacking of your account.

Secondly, "if the hack has led to an identity theft, we would be facing a criminal complaint and depending on how it managed to access the account, we could also face a possible cybercrime, but each case has its own characteristics", recalls the lawyer Easyoffer collaborator.

"It is not the same that you have left your session open in a cybercafé to have your account a hacker, yes, you have no criminal liability for what is said in your account during an impersonation."

Easyoffer remembers that almost all social networks have verification in two steps.

If someone has entered your account the user can request that he send a password to access the mobile phone.

10 Things you should not do if you do not want Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to block you:

Have more than one account in the same social network.

Impersonate another person.

Harass other users.

Give false information.

Threatening or using violent language against other people.

Send lots of friend requests to people we do not know

Incite violence through offensive language, including discrimination or hate speech.

Send spam or repetitive posts.

Publish nude material, no matter how artistic, grotesque content, violent or incite hatred.

Post images or videos that violate intellectual property.

In this case, two options are also presented.

The private way is to inform the social network about the theft of your credentials and the hacking of your account.

Secondly, "if the hack has led to an identity theft, we would be facing a criminal complaint and depending on how it managed to access the account, we could also face a possible computer crime, but each case has its own characteristics", recalls the lawyer Easyoffer collaborator.

You have to prove legal representation if the user is the one who writes the email or submit a power of attorney if it is spoken on behalf of a third party, "they recall from Easyoffer.

What is recommended is to use a double track, the first with the social network itself and the second, start the legal way.
