Since the establishment of the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), there are more grounds for believing that this institution is in a blatant illegality that starts with who owns it, this crucial fact was closed at the time falsely to " bestow upon property "to the Foundation San Antonio, or what is the same, to Mendoza, when to be a university of the church should be the bishopric, as claimed at the time Bishop Reig Pla.

Recall that the dispute between the bishop and the Vatican ruled Mendoza UCAM granting Mendoza and "banishing" the Bishop to Alcalá de Henares, to the total inhibition of the public authorities, having much to say, chose to give a silent unjustified in response.

In its beginnings, its walls prevented knowing the reality of what was happening inside, but its growth has led to an enrichment of their own, but the mass has brought out numerous irregularities have never wanted to investigate.

Therefore, and in order to clarify the situation in which there is the UCAM, and that does not occur more than possible illegal expansion thereof, Socialist Left (IS), has well go to the regional government perform the following actions should result in an improvement in the status of our University System, and the principle of equality and free competition:

Request the Ministry of Education reports supporting the implementation of the titles of Medicine and Law, which should be collected who are the teachers, indicating those who have a doctoral degree and who are full-time as required by law

Check with Social Security for those who claim to be hired full time really are.

Check if there are incompatibilities between public officials and teachers who are listed as the UCAM.

Studying the legality of the agreement signed between Murcia Health Service (SMS) and UCAM.

See if UCAM paid in a timely manner, the financial obligations it has with the SMS, according to the agreement signed for nursing practice.

Check for other degrees UCAM aims to impart and, above all, if you plan to expand their studies into primary, secondary and Training (VET).

Since we consider it IS appropriate for a sectarian college, in the etymological sense of the word, extend its offer to these levels of education for its high sensitivity, being capable of handling young students.

Finally, we pray that the data derived from the study we propose, put in the hands of the Interuniversity Council and the Society, with its funds through municipalities or autonomous community of Murcia and Cartagena, has partially funded the UCAM.
