The Minister of Economy and Finance, Inmaculada García, presented today at the Regional Assembly the Draft Budget Law of the Region for 2010, where he delivered a copy in electronic form to the bank president, Francisco Celdran.
During the press conference held at the parliament building, Garcia said, "These are the social budgets of the History of the Region" and added that some accounts they are "committed to economic recovery, which reinforce the municipalities where they need it , that lower taxes on citizens more susceptible to crisis and executed by a more austere and efficient administration. "
General Budget of the Autonomous Community of Murcia for 2010 totaled 5.067 million euros.
Overall, the 2010 budget fell by 1.4 percent over the previous year.
The Community will incur the maximum deficit allowed the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Runtime, 2.5 percent, rising to the figure of 700 million euros.
The Credit and Finance Institute will manage the deficit by issuing government debt and other financing arrangements.
Direct investment from the Autonomous amount to 757 million euros, 11.2 percent more than the State in the Region, a 8.21 percent fall compared to 2009, involving 65.50 million euros less.

Strengthening the municipalities and tax benefits
